Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends marketing support, project coordination, and day-to-day operations – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams. You’ll gain broad experience across departments, with the opportunity to develop and shape your path as you grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Manage and schedule content across company social media platforms, newsletters and blogs; including writing copy, proofreading and sourcing or creating visuals
- Assist with website content updates and support the website redevelopment process
- Show curiosity and bring forward ideas to support ongoing marketing activities
- Create and maintain internal marketing materials for HR and Sales teams
- Attend and capture content at internal and external events for social media, communications, and future collateral
- Support marketing deliverables for events (invitations, signage, promotional material)
- Research and identify relevant industry events, conferences, or networking opportunities for team participation
Coordination & Project Management
- Assist with planning, organising and executing company events (internal and external)
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, and guest lists
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Provide administrative support to leadership teams
- Support internal communications for projects by sharing updates and timelines with stakeholders
- Manage and maintain the centralised company calendar to keep the team aligned on key dates and deadlines
- Assist with operational tasks like vendor communication and quote requests
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and contribute ideas in a collaborative team environment
